Our Products

All of our products are naturally grown and chemical free using sustainable regenerative techniques.  This method produces highly nutritious foods and each year improves the land instead of destroying it.  Thank you for supporting this type of farming!

We sell fresh products in local markets and on site.

We do not ship anything at this time.

Strawberries

We grow and sell Chandler strawberries and plants.  Chandler strawberries are simply the best tasting and most flavorful of all strawberries grown in our area.  The strawberry season usually starts in late April and runs into early June.  Strawberry plants are sold from late September to early November.  In our area the ideal time to plant these strawberry plants is early October for production the following May.

Blackberries

Prime Ark Freedom blackberry plants produce a very large and excellent tasting blackberry that you are sure to love.  We sell blackberries in season and potted blackberry plants year round.  Blackberry season in our area is June to early July and then again in the fall with a smaller crop.

Pecans

The primary pecans we grow and sell are the Excel variety.  This variety produces a large excellent tasting long lasting nut.  It is highly disease resistant which allows us to produce chemical free pecans.  We also sell Excel pecan trees, both bare root and potted using our exclusive 3 foot deep easy plant pot.  Unlike most other trees, pecan trees have a very long taproot even when young.  This deep pot keeps us from having to cut the taproot and allows trees to be transplanted any time of year with almost no transplant shock.

We also provide a pecan cracking service.  We generally crack pecans while you wait using a "state of the art" cracker that cracks up to 400 nuts per minute and produces a very high percentage of halves.

Chickens

The primary purpose of our chickens was to create a sustainable environment to fertilize our pecan trees and fruit plants.  Additionally, they eat bugs and larvae and keep the crops weeded.  To do this we had to put together a method to easily move them around to different areas.  This puts them on new grass continuously.  The result is they produce pasture fed eggs that are high in nutrition and taste great.  We also hatch our own eggs and sell chicks, and young chickens up to laying age.

We have multiple varieties including: Rhode Island Reds, Black Copper Marans, Delawares, Barred Rocks, White Rocks, Buff Orpingtons, Australorps and Ameraucanas.  We also have sex linked Red Stars, Cinnamon Queens, and Blacks.

Micro Greens

Ounce for ounce Micro Greens are the most nutritious food you can eat. They contain four to 40 times more nutrients than their mature counterparts, according to a study conducted at the University of Maryland.  We grow and sell  many Micro Green Mixes and Individual varieties.  They are used to top salads, soups, sandwiches, and anything else you can think of.  I particularly like them on omelets, pizza, and in smoothies.

Baby Greens

Baby Greens are the next stage up from Micro Greens.  They still maintain their high nutrition content and in addition to being used like Micro Greens are also used to create salads and salad mixes.
